Dear Backers,
At this time most of you have already received your pledges and we are sure that AVYA has been worth the wait! AVYA is a cutting edge device that will help you battle your sinusitis, chronic congestion and respiratory ailments.
Now that fulfillment is complete we would like to share some tips on how to properly use Avya to get the most effective results for SINUS users:
1. Wash your hands thoroughly before every
2. Do not carry out a treatment session if your nose is completely blocked. If you have a cold we recommend using a nasal douche or sinus rinse before the treatment.
3. Sit in an upright and relaxed position and power up AVYA. We recommend focusing on one nostril per 2-3 minute treatment.
4. VERY IMPORTANT! Make sure your soft palate is closed! How do you do that? Make the sound of a “K” and keep your mouth in this position, with your tongue pressed against the palate. 
5. Carry out the treatment with your soft palate closed for about 10 seconds, and then take a short break (when the soft palate is closed you cannot breathe in). Repeat the process to continue the treatment.
6.Repeat on the other nostril.

Here is quick update on shipping:
Asia and Australia- Completely Fulfilled
Europe and other locations worldwide- currently ongoing
USA- Our second shipment is still under FDA review. We expect it to be released later this week. Once it is released all backers who have not yet been advised of tracking will receive theirs.

Hey Backers!
We are super excited to share that our first shipment from Avya has finally cleared US customs and arrived to our warehouse today!
We are starting to ship some orders manually and others are being sent to our Fulfillment Centers throughout the US.
We appreciate your patience until now and will try to make the shipping process as simple as possible.
Please note that our second shipment containing containing Avya is still another two weeks away. We will update once that shipment arrives.
